Call charges - clarification sought

I see that free calls are limited to one hour and read in another forum post that calls over a hour are charged per minute over and above the 1 hour limit - is that actually the case or is the cost of the entire call chargeable? i.e. is a 61 minute call charged as a 61 minute call or a 1 minute call?

One minute, you'll be pleased to hear.  
If you're on the included international tariff, it's ½ hour.

Your first 30 mins for international calls and first 60 mins are free for calls included in your tariff, regardless of overall length (Assuming you haven't exceeded your free minutes, gone over the night time / morning threshold, etc.)
