Call Protect still awaiting activation

I asked for this service online at least 6 weeks ago and it is still showing as "awaiting activation". I spoke to someone on the phone at least 3 weeks ago and they promised that it would be working in a few days. If I dial the number I get the message "service not activated".

 

How can I get this switched on?

Thanks for your time on the phone. As discussed, I'm afraid the problem here is that the call feature was not compatible with another feature already enabled on your line.

 

Following our conversation, I've now placed an order to remove the other feature, add the requested feature and update the account side of things appropriately to match the change in call features.
