Call Protect online

The 'Call Protect' feature has been requested to be available online for YEARS now.

When will it be available please?

On looking through the forums (spending hours and hours) I've lost count of the requests for this to be made available online.

Is it a fact that Plusnet are not 'smart enough' to make this feature available online in our accounts section?

If this is the case, would you like me to point you in the direction of capable programmers who are able to code this for you?

Thanks for getting in touch. You should be able to add this feature on member centre here as per information on  this page.

Can you please let us know if you don't see option to add this feature on your account in member centre?

Thank you for that, the option to select 'Call Protect' wasn't there when I wrote the forum post.

I've now selected it and it's 'awaiting activation' at the moment.

It'll be good when it's 'live' then I'll be able to add nuisance numbers to it from my PC.

I cannot believe Plusnet left it sooooo long with only the ability to add numbers using the phone keypad.

I'll reply again when it is up & running.

Er, no, I'm afraid you won't.

The BT system allows you to add, remove and check online.

Plusnet's version does not. It's all done on the phone.  😥

I specifically asked Plusnet about Call Protect ONLINE!

Your response leads me to believe Plusnet are 'leading me up the garden path'

Either that, or they haven't got a clue what they are doing.

Therefore, Plusnet: Please take note

Please answer my original question with truth, honesty and accuracy.

If you haven't got a clue what you are doing, please let me know if you'd like competent assistance in achieving what your customers want.

I empathise with your disappointment - though to be fair to @Tibzor it was unclear in your original post whether you meant applying for the feature online or using it online.
