Call Protect not working but shows as enabled in my account

Anyone know how to get call protect working again. despite a lengthy phone call the the greyed out tick box is now an option and ticked. But after a week I was hoping it would work!

Thanks a lot for reaching out and I'd also like to apologise for the inconvenience caused here. I've had a look into the features on the line and can see that the "Choose to divert" feature was not enabled, this could have been causing problems with your Plusnet Call Protect service.

 

I've placed an order to have this enabled on your line, which should be complete by tomorrow. Give it a go tomorrow evening and let us know how you get on.
