Call Protect never activated

I'm still waiting for Call Protect to be activated after over a year! Any chance something can be done to get this activated please?

I am really sorry for the issues you have had with the activation of Call Protect. I've raised an internal task on our side to have this activated for you. Once this task has been picked up, we will update you accordingly.

Still not working! It says on my account that it's been activated, but if I dial 1572 I get a recorded message "The service cannot be connected".

Can this be activated properly please?

I am sorry to hear this and can assure you it should definitely be working. I will need to remove this which can take a few hours, and once fully removed I will reapply the feature.

Once this has been applied to your account, I will send you confirmation via ticket.

Aha! 1572 just started working. Hopefully I can now stop all the nuisance calls I've been getting since early this morning!
