Re: Call Protect list is FULL - what now?

Hi @Kryten @drwright,

Thank you both for getting back in touch. At the moment, we don't have an option to review a list of all of your blocked numbers or to delete all of your blocked numbers at once. I agree that this would make the call protect feature more user-friendly - I'll pass your feedback on.

Thanks,

Emily

Well Emilly, how easy is it to remove the Call Protect option from my Account, thereby deleting it then re-apply it in a day or so? Would that work?

Re: Call Protect list is FULL - what now?

Call Protect in its current implementation by PN is flawed for the reasons already described. Given it is a BT product, why can't PN do the obvious thing and provide online access to the feature as BT do?

The only way I can find to remove an old 'blacklisted' number is to add it as a VIP number.

Quite agree Bob. A bit tedious having to VIP 100 numbers to have to delete them.
