Call Protect blocking SKY

Hi, not really paid much attention to call protect since it was automatically added.

Found out today that promised call backs from SKY had not been getting through due to being blocked by call protect.

These are all 0800 numbers and vary each time as they are a block of corporate SKY 0800 numbers.

Question is how do I stop calls from SKY going to an answering service that says I have chosen to not receive these types of calls?

The numbers are not added to any block list as far as I can tell but are just refused with an answering machine message. SKY can actually leave a voicemail message.

Is my only option to turn call protect off completely?

I'm afraid the only way to let the calls through would be to add the known numbers to the exception list

Thanks guessed that would be the only option. Unfortunately they use a block of different numbers which change every time.

I have just had call protect removed on my account as the easiest option.
