Call Protect and Voicemail not working on new contract

Switched to Plusnet a week or so ago, and although the features are showing as Enabled in my account, (see attached), neither appear to work.

Voicemail (1571) gives "This line doesn't have a messaging service".
Call Protect (1572) gives "This service cannot be connected".

Can anyone advise?
