Call Protect activation

I have been waiting several weeks for Call Protect to be activated.  I contacted someone from Orders who said it would be done after my next bill was issued and this has still not happened.  My Account page originally said it would be activated by the next working day. 

Can anyone help please?

It should not take so long. I activated Call Protect through the Home Phone Control Panel on Friday. I had the message that it would be activated the next working day but it was actually completed within 40 mins. I can't understand why someone from orders said that it would be after your next bill as it is free. I wonder if he thought you meant Plusnet Protect which is the antivirus and is not free.

I guess you will have but have you dialled 1572 to check if it is working?

Hopefully a staff member will pick this up for you.

It looks like the feature wasn't active on the wholesale systems. I've just done that for you now, and it should go live within a few hours. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
