Call Plan Change during contract

I have two months left of a 2 year contract. If I change my call plan now to a cheaper plan before the contract expires will I incur any charges?

If you mean changing your Home Phone call plan during a broadband contract, then no, no penalties or charges.

Hi there.

As @198kHz has advised, there's no penalty for changing your call plan.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
