Call Guardian

Hi, have just moved to Plusnet and cannot get Call Guardian to work.  Have asked for the voicemail service to be de-activated and this appears to be done but Call Guardian still not working.  Can anyone help please?  Many thanks.

Do you have the Caller ID service? Only that's the main thing Call Guardian needs to work.

Hi, thanks very much for your reply.  Yes I do and that appears to be working ok.  Don't know what else I can do to fix this.

Which part of the Call Guardian functionality is not working for you?

Hi, I have just retested from my mobile and blocked the number and this worked ok.  Many thanks for your replies.
