Call Feature stuck on awaiting activation

Call Feature stuck on awaiting activation

I added Caller Display on the 6th of September, and was activated on Plusnet's side after confirmation by support chat and call tests my end, yet 5 days later my account still has awaiting activation stuck next to Caller Display. I would like to be able to activate the 1571 Voicemail option, but I can't do so because of the call feature that's stuck on awaiting activation. I don't really have time to keep chasing support up to get it removed so I can add other features. Help is appreciated.

Anyone? A week now and it's still showing as Awaiting Activation next to Caller Display. I was told last Thursday that it'd been activated on your end and checks confirm it my end, too. Just want the Awaiting Activation changing to Activated so I can proceed with activating Voicemail. Starting to feel frustrated and that I'm just talking to myself...
