A week ago, we tried to remove VOICEMAIL via website and immediately received "Call Feature Removal Complete" notification, saying that VOICEMAIL and PLUSNET CALL PROJECT have been successfully removed; however, we have been unable to make any change to our account since, because PLUSNET CALL PROTECT has been automatically re-ordered and stuck in the state of "awaiting activation."
Please finalise (or cancel) this call feature order ASAP, as it is stopping us from upgrading our broadband account. Thank you.
