Call Divert

Is it possible to setup a call divert over the phone/online with plusnet?
I'm away at the moment and need to set one up, and currently the call time is 15 mins, so need to wait for the phone to charge up enough!

Hi, should be possible, yes - bear in mind those calls will be charged to your home phone though. Best bet would be to raise a ticket with details of the request and we'll get it put in for you. If you pop a post back in here when the ticket's up I don't mind placing the order for you.
