Call Divert keeps not being activated

Hi - Over the months I have phoned Plusnet Support several times to get Call Divert activated. It keeps not getting done and this is a service I really want and need!
Can you please explain why it isnt being done and what I can do to gert it set up?
I have had great customer support and service from Plusnet in the past so I know you can help with this.

Hi Jessica,
Have you setup Call Divert on your telephone line as per: http://www.plus.net/support/phone/call_features.shtml#callDivert at all?
If it's not active on the line, I'd be more than happy to take a look at things for you.

Hi - Yes I have. A message says "the service you have requested is not available" so I have assumed it has not been set up.
Can you look into it please.

Have you tried using the PN Member Centre and selecting the call features tab within the Home Phone Control Panel (to get to the HPCP select "Phone Calls") you should be able to add what features you need?
It will take a working day or so to become active (assuming no other issues), check the call features key/ colour code.

Sorry, for the late reply. I've got an order placed with our suppliers to get that sorted for you.
It should be working by tomorrow morning at the latest for you. Please let me know if this is not the case.

I will let you know if it is sorted tomorrow. I have called several times over the last few months to get it activated so I am really losing patience with it now!
