Call Divert Enabled but Not Working

I have enabled call divert and it has been activated but not working when I try to set up. It says feature not available.

It didn't work the first time I tried to set it up so had to call support. Everything looks OK in my account now (had error first time) but its still not working.

Can you look into this please?
