Calculating total monthly duration of calls

I want to calculate what the total call time duration is for each calendar month.

I know you can download .cvs files for monthly billed and unbilled calls but I don't understand what the difference is.

How can I do it?

@dave4jazz Your call durations (and costs) - excluding those to 0800 numbers - are detailed on your monthly invoice. Unbilled ones are those made after your invoice is prepared, and will be detailed on the next one. Can you not work from that?

You have confirmed what I thought.

I'll work with the billed data to calculate the average total monthly duration of my calls.

I've never seen a PN phone bill, but can't you just open the downloaded file in a spreadsheet and total the call duration column?

That's what I said in my original post. I'll download the .cvs file and create a spreadsheet to calculate the totals.
