I'm only seeing the message 'Incoming Call' on my handset though I paid for the add on when I joined Plus Net and it shows in my phone account.
Could someone please look into this

Hi Alan,
Apologies but it seems the initial order for phone didn't include these features, I've now added them for you and they should activate in the next couple of hours. Can you let us know how you get on please.
