Buzzing noise on line, person on the other end unable to hear me well

I have had line problems In the past and line faults, one time due to something not being setup right at a switchboard under another company, another time there was an actual fault on the line itself and wiring had to be replaced I think.

I've had a buzzing sound on my phone for like a year now which hasnt bothered me too much, but now my Nana is quite ill and needs to reach me on the landline it's important I can try and get this fixed if possible.

Sorry to hear your nana isn't well and that you're having issues with your phone line.

We've tested your line and that's not showing any external issues so the only way we can proceed at this moment in time is to arrange an engineer visit.
