Why is business phone rental £12.60 whilst domestic is £16.99 ?

Probably the business price does not include VAT

it is still cheaper and the addon for anytime calls is also cheaper £4.80 incl. VAT compared to £6

I added VAT. Just goes to show how we are being ripped off. Wholesale prices go down retail prices go up.
