Broadband working fine, Phoneline dead as a Dodo

Just went to use the home phone there and noticed no dial tone. I keep a spare corded fone in case of emergencies, it too has no dial tone no nothing.
My Broadband is still working fine.

I have tried different splitters. Like i said, a different phone. And i have tried the plugging the phone into the test socket. All with the same result

Help please

Given your previous broadband problems I suggest raising a phone fault here

I've had this type of problem before following a nearby lightning strike.
In my case it required an engineer visit and they had to replace the  NTE5 faceplate.

Hi there,
Looks like the fault is fixed now (hope so, please let us know if not) though we did receive some confused replies to the ticket from the mobile phone number you have on the account - please can you check and confirm that the mobile number in your account details is correct and current?
