Hi Noticed yesterday my phone line is dead - no dial-tone / calls disconnected when trying to ring in, although broadband is absolutely fine. I've raised a ticket 93653753 last night when I spotted the problem. Don't know how long it's been like that, don't use the landline much these days. Would some kind sole be able to take a look? Hi Paul, Sorry to hear you're having problems with the phone service. I've ran a line test but it's come back as inconclusive. Could you unplug all your equipment from your master socket and inform me when this has been done so that I can run the test again please? Thank you.
