Billing

Help - this is chaos, my broadband started June 3rd, the phone line rental was switched to Plusnet about two weeks later, a pro rata charge was made in June and all the charges were aligned to the same period on July's invoice(with the obvious exception of call charges). The line rental went out of sync in August and I was not charged for caller display, a credit has been issued - unsure as to why, but in September its still out of sync, customer support say it can not be aligned -  how come it was in July?
Why do I have no charge for calls made during August?
Is it possible to have the correct charges and have them aligned as they were in July, to make it less of a task to keep track of it.

Hi
I thought it was normal practice to align the bills . I think the complete balls up with the billing systems might have something to do with it

Have a look at Jameseh's answer in my thread on the same subject here.
According to the PM he sent my billing should re-align this month.

Hi there,
As Paul's hinted on, should billing become "dealigned", it takes 3 months for it to sort itself out again.
Hopefully next month, yours should be back to normal!
