Billing Delayed

Hi
Is the billing run delayed, my bill was due 17/08 and has still not been recieved, is there a problem?

Hi Ian,
I'm certainly not aware of any billing delays.
I've had a look at your accvount and can see that you were due to be billed on the 17th,. but for some reason this didn't happen.  I can't see a reason why either, so I've asked Mand to have a quick look for me.

Not sure how far Mand got with this Ian however she's been on leave for the last week or so. She's back in tomorrow so it might be an idea to give her a nudge then?
