Bell Not Ringing Fault

I got a fault on line were Bell does not ring. Call comes through but no ring.
Had an engineer visit nothing wrong my side, and said fault with exchange and most likely Line Card in exchange need replacing.
Seems line Openreach are doing nothing to fix this, and keep passing fault back as clear, without doing was work from what i can see.
This has been an issue since my line was moved to plusnet on 14th May, but i only raised a fault on 15 June.
Everyday i phone plusnet i get given a different story,
Can someone who knows how to get this fixed please escalate this, as this is getting rather annoying now.

Really sorry to hear about this, I'm just chasing this now for you.
As per the last update on the ticket we were hoping for that to be resolved yesterday, I'll update you ASAP.

UPDATE: I've just spoken to our suppliers who confirm that some work does need to be carried out at the exchange and the priority of the job has now increased so I sincerely hope to see this issue has been resolved on Monday morning.
Just to mention we will ensure that you will be refunded for any down time when this has been fixed.

Hi, unfortunately we can't see at present what was done though I'll request that the team chasing this for you do what they can to advise what was done on the ticket - hopefully it'll be fixed by 5pm today as the notes do currently state.

Thanks for helping and escalating this issue.
Sounds like some Openreach engineers have been up to no good around my area, after reading some news sites today, explains quite a lot.
Now lets see if plus.net can get this refund sorted.
