Being charged for local phone calls on Anytime package - Bill error?

I've been on the landline Anytime and Unlimited fibre for some time and my latest bill shows a local call, normally free, charged at over £5 for 90 min call. Plus another call normally free at £3. Online chat is off, and I can't get through on the phone due to this virus but I'm curious to know why I'm being charged over £8 for 2 calls that should be included. Any moderator can help?

Fix

Calls are only free for 60 mins.  If you were on the phone for 90 minutes then you will have been charged - you need to hang up before the hour and redial.  If you don't you get charged for the time over 60 minutes - so 30 minutes @ 15p/minute gets you to around a fiver!
