We have loud clicking ,voice echo ,constant ringing of the phone , no caller display , we can not use the phone to make calls, the FTTC seams OK at the moment
I have reported this to plusnet after a 3/4 hour wait on the phone to be told yes you have a problem ,it's a battery fault and will be repaired by Tuesday 20th , surely a 4 day wait is not acceptable can this be processed faster please
This is also affecting my neighbours phones
