Battery Contact Fault

I reported this fault on Wednesday (8th July) and still have a crackling/noisy line.
Any Update on my fault question #107036050.
Update Tues AM .....OR engineer arrived...wanted access to property...let's see how he gets on

From what I can see he's still working on it at the moment.

The engineer told me he had to put the job back to planning as traffic lights are needed on the main A road my line runs along; no spare pairs to swap to

It looks like he's passed it to the relevant people.
Our phone faults team will chase that up for you.

Matt can you poke the phone faults team, not heard a thing from them since opening fault, my question is open and waiting support team answer (question #107036050)
Voice line now barely useable.
