Bank Holidays classed as 'Weekends' ?

Just for future reference, are Bank Holidays treated as 'Weekends' for phone calls made during the day ?
Ie, free to call before 6pm ?

Bank Holidays aren't classed as weekends, no. Only BT Retail do that as far as I know.
