Bad line again!

Above.
I just got off the phone to one of your support guys, they're sending yet another Openreach Engineer out tomorrow between 13.00 and 18.00, I tried to get out of it as Thursdays aren't good for me due to prior commitments but it was the only slot they had available.
Basically, I just took a job related call on the landline, and the other end couldn't hear me and said it was bad line, even though I was literally shouting down the phone as I have a loud voice anyway.
This has been ongoing since I signed up to you guys last November and is NOT acceptable, is there a way to terminate the contract without termination fees as the landline is clearly NOT fit for purpose?!
If anyone in authority gets this message, please respond.

Well I just spoke to someone else, in Leeds, to confirm the OR Engineer for tomorrow, and it's now moved to between 08.00 and 13.00 on Saturday as I have a work related appointment on Friday afternoon at 14.00.

Agree this is really maddening especially when you need the line for work. But before you castigate Plusnet please remember that Plusnet like any other ISP can only place a request, they have no control over Openreach which owns and maintains the lines from your property to the exchange and beyond. Openreach in turn may have to deal with hundreds of faults especially if you have flooding in your area, as we have ourselves at present due to torrential rainstorms.
Just to be clear, I have no connection or interest in either company. I hope you haven't too long to wait.

Well I've just come off yet another waste of time call to your call centre, the Openreach Engineer visit is now on Sunday, they disappeared to confirm the visit and then the line went dead.
I officially give up, even bloody Talk Talk weren't this bad, and they had Indian call centres, that's why I gave 30 days notice last November.

Is it possible to have PN Fibre without PN landline?

Above.
I've been battling your waste of time annoyingly annoying call centre staff all afternoon trying to sort out a problem with bad signal on the landline, which has been ongoing since last November and I've had an OR Engineer out already about 3 weeks ago which was supposed to solve the problem but it clearly hasn't, as I've been taking job related calls all morning and the other end have complained they can't hear me even though due to being deaf I have a loud voice anyway and I was literally, without trying to sound aggressive, shouting down the flippin' phone!
However. despite the factual fact that IMO the landline is NOT fit for purpose, the Fibre Internet itself works perfectly apart from at certain times of day the downloads on Sky and Xbox are a tad slower than they should be.
Basically, can I cancel the landline and keep the Internet? I can't get Virgin, I am reluctant to go on Sky, as Dad was on it a few years back and it dropped all the time, and I refuse on principle to go to BT for the same reason I left Talk Talk last year, Foreign call centres.

I did, I spoke to 3 different people at PN yesterday to report the problem and got 3 different days for the OR Engineer visit, from the first I got between 13.00 and 18.00 today, then I got between 08.00 and 13.00 on Saturday, finally I confirmed between 08.00 and 13.00 on Sunday.
Why the heck do I have to go through all the security stuff every time I ring and speak to a different person though? Full name, username and various characters of the password?! Proper annoying, I know it's essential security features otherwise any Thomas, Richard or Harold could access me account but come on.

So I have an OR Engineer booked (yet again) between about 2 and half hours ago and 13.00, guy hasn't even rung yet to confirm he's coming.
I've just come off the phone again, to one of your annoyingly annoying support (and I use the term very loosely) people, they can't pin down what time the OR bloke's coming.
I have stuff to do this morning, I have to go to the local sorting Office to pick up a Parcel and they shut at lunch time on a Saturday.
This is MOST unacceptable.
I realise the Mods will delete this post but I'm past caring any more, even Talk Talk weren't this bad at "customer service",

Nobody knows what time as it depends on previous jobs.
Calling up about it is a waste of your time and theirs.

Well I've just spoken to a nice young lady at your Office up in Leeds, she's confirmed the OR visit is going ahead, and the guy's due in the next 25 minutes but hasn't rung to confirm yet.
I told the PN lady from Leeds that I need the call before 14.00 as that's when my support worker leaves and I don't have the patience to deal with an OR Engineer on my own, she guaranteed the guy would come before then.
This is getting silly now, second OR Engineer visit, and even the lady from Leeds said the line was crackly, I'm like yeah I know that's why I've got an OR guy booked, for the second flippin' time in about 3 and half weeks.

Open Reach guy's just been, he did NOT find a fault on the line, pardon? I've been having problems for months.
I officially give up, I want out of contract and I'm going back on Talk Talk for Fibre AND landline, even their Indian call centres were better than this [-Censored-].
I am on hold to PN's call centre as I write.

Two things that come to mind for me;
1. The fault is intermittent.
OR
2. Your phone is faulty.
Edit: added word in capitals.
