Last week , whist in conversation with support staff, I requested that voicemail and call protect were switched on. On checking today ( a week later) they both say 'awaiting activation'. I checked my phone - 1571 gives me a voicemail message so I assume it is working.
Question - how can i check that call protect is on.
Also if they are on - why are the 'awaiting activation' messages still there and can they be removed.
