The answer to your question is yes, your line rental will switch to monthly billing

What add-ins have you got on your computer? Think about...
- Ad-blockers
- Pop-up blockers
- Tracking blockers
- On-line banking 'protection' software such as Rappot
There are things other than those explicitly labelled BLOCKERS which can block - including web browsers set to inhibit pop-ups.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

As ITWorks stated,
Once your Line Rental Saver comes to an end your monthly line rental bill returns to full price of £18.99 and will reflect on your next bill.
You can take Line Rental saver out again but this may not be the best option for you as there can be an overlap.
