Are call to CSC free or part of the plan

Some of my calls to CSC are listed on my calls made others are not, what should they be?  PN to PN os as calls to 01

Joking aside, the calls should be listed as a standard 01xxx Georgraphic number.

Although listed, I thought that calls made PN to PN were free e.g. if someone using evenings and weekends telephoned another PN customer in the day, then it wouldn't be charged. Am I correct?

Yep, exactly.
I think that Peter's asking if they're actually free calls, which they're not.  However, 0800 calls, which are free, will not showe up on your records.
To clarify - calls to our 01142 number are not free, but are included at the relevant time of day.

Not complaining, but your system wants another sort out then  I definitely have some not showing  (only 114)  also no one picked up that in the last week calls were confirmed before going on as unconfirmed

List me the times and dates of your calls to us over the last couple of weeks and I'll get it checked out.
Ditto that with the confirmed/unconfirmed calls.

Just found some more,, there was a period 7 - 12 Jan working correct
