I have a 1-800 number that I would like to call and I wondered if these were included calls. They were on BT but having recently changed to plusnett I am just checking before I ring it.

Hi - 1-800 is an American number formation which would count as an international call to America - only included on Anytime International 300.

As far as I can see, calls to USA are USA 13.73p/min daytime, 9.45p/min evenings/weekend. May be cheaper using broadband phone (VOIP) but I can't find the relevant tariff page.

@ BryanP, 'good call', 0 pence / minute seems quite cheap but any idea what '*' refers to?

You pay for the 0161 number (free if you are on anytime) which is cheaper than direct dial to the states
