Anytime calls

My phone line and anytime calls package completed yesterday evening, looking on the phone log today there are charges against the calls that have been made. Should there be call charges showing when I'm on the Anytime calls package ?
Thanks,
Del.

Re: Anytime calls

the charges will probably have been from calls you made before you changed over

Re: Anytime calls

Thanks Jim but why should Plusnet show calls I made with BT  ?  - We migrated from BT  to Plusnet yesterday.

Hi, as noted in other threads, this is P2 66710, please raise a ticket and these will be credited / refunded.
Thanks and sorry for any inconvenience.

Re: Anytime calls

No problem at all, passed through to the Billing Admin team to make sure it gets done as quickly as possible for you.

Re: Anytime calls

Thanks Ben, I've also just noticed that there's a £5 call plan charge on there, part of the same problem I guess.
Cheers,

Re: Anytime calls

The £5 is the charge for the Anytime Call Plan which is chargeable in advance

Re: Anytime calls

Hi there,
It'll be applied as soon as the ticket is picked up and the refund actioned, though it'll take up to 7 working days to go back into your account as it's going back on to a direct debit rather than a bank or credit card charge.
Hope that helps explain.
