This may not be the right answer but I'd like to mention the site saynoto0870.com
Its an online directory of Landline alternatives to both 0870 and 0845 numbers. They dont cover everything but I've made huge savings since using them

iv'e also used this site its very good.  Its also supprising how many firms have 0800 numbers you can contact and that costs nothing at all.
