Anytime International 300

Having recently joined this package, my wife has been diligently recording the times she phones Japan.  Having some minutes in credit, she phoned a couple of friends on 31 Aug.  However, although the bill states CLEARLY that the bill is from the FIRST of the month, the calls on the 31st were included in the September bill.

Can somebody explain???

Re: Anytime International 300

That is because the costs were sent to Plusnet from BTw a few days after you made the call

Re: Anytime International 300

As Oldjim says, the call data isn't sent instantly so can take a short while to appear in the itemised bill.

Re: Anytime International 300

If that is the case, then trying to work out how many international minutes you have used is tricky. Instead of it taking an indeterminate amout of time, perhaps Plusnet should insert a fixed delay into the calculation of bills, so the user can know precisely on which date the phone call will be allocated.

A quick question about Anytime International 300, is there a way to check to see how much time you have left to use?
