Re: Anytime+ : About to become more attractive?

BT increased the minimum contract term to 12 months a few months back.  Before that it was just 3 months.  If she is in doubt, she should contact BT and they can advise on her contractual obligations.
I don't believe it can be altered just because PlusNet are a subsiduary.  They still operate independently.

Yep, as Liam says we operate independently of BT Retail, and you cannot move between the two mid-contract.
You'd need to ring 150 to determine what the contract is, and when it expires.

Re: Anytime+ : About to become more attractive?

well when i took my phoenline out it was 3 months and i've had nothing to say it's 12 months so it'll be interesting to see what happens when i signup
if they try and stick 12 months on me i'll terminate it on the grounds of a change of terms - which o2 recently did with 0870/0845/0844 numbers
