Benn without the phone for nearly a week - so no incoming from anyone and NO emergency out!! - and very limited broadband for two months.
Still paying by direct debit for unlimited broadband and phone package so . . .
Any chance of a refund
There is a job ticket raised.

Hi Sarah63
Sorry to hear of the issues you've been experiencing over the past 2 months.
Once the fault has been resolved, you should receive a refund for the downtime you experienced. I'll be sure to note the account so our faults team can process this for you.
