Another charge for "free" calls

I signed on in Nov 14 with free calls included. Ever since then I have been charged every month for calls. There is no way I can see if any of these were to chargeable numbers. How do I check this?

You can view your itemized phone calls via the member centre (account details > home phone > itemized bill)

Hi @jongerry, looking at your account, the call charges do appear to be applicable and appear to be for calls to mobiles which are unfortunately not included in your call plan.

 

You should be able to view the itemised phone bill via the member centre as per the comments above from Gel and JayG, however you'd also need to ensure you're selecting the appropriate billing date towards the top right hand corner of the page.
