We have noticed that our caller ID is not working having recently moved, we are using the same phone a before that used to work, can it be checked that caller ID is set correctly at Plusnet & your suppliers? This seems to have been a common issue with a few people recently.

Hi @Baldric, the Caller Display feature looks to have not carried over correctly in the Openreach phone system. I've re-added that for you, this should be done within 24 hours at the latest.
