Anonymous Call Reject not working

Despite having Anonymous Call Reject and Caller ID activated I am still receiving calls showing as Unidentified Number. Why? What are the limitations of Anonymous Call Reject?

Re: Anonymous call reject blocking mobile number

Hi,
Thanks for posting.
I’ve tested this by calling you from a withheld number and, as was expected the call was blocked. I’m not sure why your mobile is being blocked. Have you been able to try to from elsewhere to try to replicate it?
Unfortunately not all calls are rejected by ACR. A small amount of call will get through where the number of the caller isn’t hidden but is not available to us. This tends to happen with international calls.

Re: Anonymous call reject blocking mobile number

Thank you for your reply and explanation re ACR and international calls. As for my mobile being blocked mysteriously this seems to have resolved itself, not sure why!

Re: Anonymous call reject blocking mobile number

Well I'm glad it's resolved itself ajpee because I'd have been stumped with that one.
Let me know if you ever find out what caused this in the first place Smiley
