Anonymous Call [Awaiting Activation]

However, in my account settings, the service is still showing as 'awaiting activation'.
Normally this would not be an issue but I need to remove it now and I can't make any changes because it still shows as pending.
Does anyone know how long it normally takes for the control panel to 'catch up' with the activation?

Did you manage to get through to anyone last night?
It seems like the action to add the component has gotten stuck and we'd need to manually remove it.
If you're happy to go ahead with removing it then I can arrange that. Please note that it may prompt a payment for any call charges to date for this billing month, if you're happy to proceed with this then just let me know and I can get that sorted for you.

In order to bypass the system I've had to re-add your LRS which means that the system will not automatically send you a reminder to renew it so please make a personal reminder that you will need to renew this before November.
It's not prompted a payment so that's not a problem

One question, do you know the actual date my currrent LRS expires (I can't find it online)?
Second question, how early can I renew that?

That doesn't seem right because I don't recall renewing it this year.
