Anonymous Call [Awaiting Activation]

I added Anonymous Call Reject to my service last Monday. It activated on Tuesday (next working day) as stated.
However, in my account settings, the service is still showing as 'awaiting activation'.
Normally this would not be an issue but I need to remove it now and I can't make any changes because it still shows as pending.
Does anyone know how long it normally takes for the control panel to 'catch up' with the activation?

the call centre is open 24/7 - you might get a quicker answer if you call.

Hi jafreer,
Did you manage to get through to anyone last night?
It seems like the action to add the component has gotten stuck and we'd need to manually remove it.
If you're happy to go ahead with removing it then I can arrange that. Please note that it may prompt a payment for any call charges to date for this billing month, if you're happy to proceed with this then just let me know and I can get that sorted for you.

Yes I would be grateful if you could go ahead and remove it. And no problem regarding any call charges being billed for.

I've removed the feature from your line, jafreer and updated your account.
In order to bypass the system I've had to re-add your LRS which means that the system will not automatically send you a reminder to renew it so please make a personal reminder that you will need to renew this before November.
It's not prompted a payment so that's not a problem Smiley

One question, do you know the actual date my currrent LRS expires (I can't find it online)?
Second question, how early can I renew that?

Linn - actually the plot thickens. I did find a link on the website, and it states...
"You're already signed up to Line Rental Saver.
This is due to expire on 17-04-2015. We'll contact you before this to let you know when you can renew the offer."
That doesn't seem right because I don't recall renewing it this year.

Yes, that's what I meant when I said that I had to re-add your LRS so it thinks that your LRS has been renewed now.
The date I stated previously is actually incorrect, my apologies. I've detailed my response in Ticket: 85039638
