An error has occurred

Over a month ago I requested changes to my call plan, but I now have an error on my account "An error has occurred

You cannot make any changes to your account while there is a phone order in progress." and I still don't have access to the new call features.

Any ideas?

Hi there, thank you for reaching out and I'm sorry to hear about the issues you're having here.

 

These problems stem from the call feature changes which have been made on the account back in March, although particular features were requested, our system never placed the orders with Openreach. I've now had these processed, and they should complete by 24/05/2021. Please give this another go on Tuesday, and let us know how you get on.

 

If you're still unable to modify your call plan, we'll raise this with our internal billing team to push this through on their end.
