An error has occured

On Tuesday 8 December I wanted to add Call Protect to my telephone account but I accidentally removed 1471 instead. 1471 was removed the same day but now when I want to add Call Protect and reinstate 1471 I get the message, "An error has occured  You cannot make any changes to your account while there is a phone order in progress and I can't change it."

Please could someone from Plusnet reset this for me.

Hi everything is back as it was but I still can't add Call Protect because my account is still showing:-  "An error has occured  You cannot make any changes to your account while there is a phone order in progress" and I can't change it.

Please could someone from Plusnet reset this for me.

Thanks for your help, this issue has now been resolved.

 

Please can you ask the website team to check as the 'Call Features' page does not scroll like it should.
