When trying to manage my account online I am seeing the following message:
An error has occurred
You can't change your products for the moment, you have an order which is currently being processed. Please try again later.
This has been like this for months. Can you advise on how to rectify this?

Nobody at Plusnet is interested in fixing this error
well not too long before my contract is up and I will go back to Talktalk
never had this problem with them.

Hi @glynnt600,
I'm sorry for any inconvenience that this has caused and for the delay in getting back to you on here. I have made a change to your account and the issue should now be resolved.

Thank you Emily D for the change to my account.
The error “You can’t change your products- - -“ has been removed.
but when I click on the Phone icon a message in the background appears
”Your home phone order is currently being processed. We will keep you updated by email and tell you once your
service is ready to use”. This message also came up before you made the change.
also when bringing up the Call Features page it freezes and won’t scroll down.

Looks like that may be a "feature" for a while yet... 😔
