All calls come through as unknown number.

Title says it all really.
No matter who calls. The number comes up unknown on my phone. I have a sagecom sixty phone.
Any advise how to set it so we can actually are who's calling?

I assume the service is provided on your line but is it actually active? If you dial * # 234 # it should tell you. If it says it isn't active dial * 234 # to activate it. (Be careful when inputting the asterisks and hashes.)

Good morning everyone,
Hmmmm.....It's active on Jbutleruk's account, and in Openreach's systems. I'll try switching it off and on again for you now. If worst comes to worst, I'll let someone in our faults team know.
I'll update the thread slightly later on today once the order to turn is back on has complete.


EDIT: The orders have completed. Has this fixed the issue?
