All I want to do is report my phone line is not working...

Unable to make and receive calls, broadband is fine. No chat to report it, no email address, having to hold for 30+ minutes for a conversation neither of us need. 

 

Is there a simper way?

The "Oops" message is a long-standing 'feature' of Plusnet's test system.

However, despite the message, it often turns out that the fault has in fact been passed to Openreach, and a ticket created.

When logged in to the Member Centre, you can check for an open ticket here -

Thanks for getting in touch.

 

I can see that the system did indeed raise you a fault here. I've tested your phone line and no external faults are currently present. With this in mind, if you're still experiencing phone issues, we'd need to progress this to a phone engineer attending your premises. I have added an update to your fault ticket with the timeslots we have access to for this to happen. If the fault still exists, please respond to the ticket and then let us know you've done so here. If the fault is now resolved, feel free to disregard and close the ticket.
