Adding mobile minutes for £3?

Trying to find info on this £3 charge we can pay for so many mobile minutes but i cannot find anything usefull on the main site at this time.
Due to the recent 26p charges showing up on our bill we feel it would be worth while adding the mobile minutes option but i don't see how we go about doing this.
If anyone can advise me on this it would be most helpfull.
Might also downgrade the internet package as we only get a max of 40/10 on this line so seems silly to pay for 80/20 but are the other packages still unlimited?

Re: Adding mobile minutes for £3?

Hi steveuk,
You can change both of these from the 'Product Change' option after logging into the member's centre. Alternatively, I can do this for you now.
The broadband package you are changing to would definitely be more suitable for you as you cannot achieve speeds over 40mb based on your line. Yes, it will still be unlimited so use it as much as you like.
Thanks,
Matty

Thanks for the fast reply MattyC much appreciated.
I did have a look in the options but i realy could not see where to change to the things i want hehe so if you are able to help me that would be great.
Just to be clear on what we are looking for.
We would like to change the internet package from 80/20 to the 40/10 product
We would still like the anytime call package and caller display
We would like to add the mobile minutes aswell.
Thanks again and i hope i have provided enough info  Smiley

Re: Adding mobile minutes for £3?

No problem. I have just processed this for you, but they won't go through until your next billing date in 4 days time. So keep an eye on your mobile calls just for the remainder of this week  Wink
You should already have Caller Display.....is this the case?
Thanks,
Matty

Re: Adding mobile minutes for £3?

Hi again Matty, I see things are progressing with the phone side of things but i don't see any change in the broadband package at this time so will this be something i need to change once the phone part is sorted?
If everything has been changed will i see the lower cost of £14.99 after the next billing date?
Thanks in advance.

Re: Adding mobile minutes for £3?

Hi Steve,
From my side, it reflects that the fibre is due to change as well.
I am certain that you will see the benefit with the cheaper bill on Sunday. I'll send you a confirmation email now just for clarification and so we definitely have an internal log.  Cool

Re: Adding mobile minutes for £3?

You connection profile speed seems to have been limited at 33.8mbps, however it has been at this speed since you took out FTTC with us. Not sure why, maybe your speed estimate was slightly less at the time.  I've changed this to 37mbps now, so that you can reach max capabilities based on your line test offering 35.6.
In all honesty, I don't think anything would really be changed other than the billing element and name of the package. Your speeds certainly shouldn't differ.

Re: Adding mobile minutes for £3?

I sometimes wounder if my line is unstable as when i was first connected i actualy had a speed profile of 43Mbps and BT also tested 51Mbps at the socket but this seemed to go up and down and as you say it eventualy stuck at 33Mbps.
The thing is as far as i remember all tests done seemed to suggest my line is fine so no idea what goes on lol.
Just odd how things reset lastnight and then i ended up with a better profile.
If it's possible would you be able to post one of them nice graphs that show the connection over a certain amount of time please, i think its called a radius graph or something along them lines.
